We are looking to employ a professional, values-orientated individual to provide quality care to our residents, who we place at the heart of our service.

As Senior Care Assistant you will provide leadership and supervision to the care team and take part in the induction process and mentor new employees. We expect all our staff to instil a positive culture among the team, leading by example and developing firm and trusting relationships with residents and relatives. You will take a lead in resident care planning and review, work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute towards effective medication management and safe administration.

You will hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Health and Social Care.
