Visiting loved ones

We understand how important contact with loved ones is to our residents and have witnessed the positive impact it has on their wellbeing so we actively encourage families and friends to visit as often as they wish. After all, family and friends make a house a home!

Visitors are welcomed at any time and are asked to let the Person in Charge know of their arrival and departure from the Care Home. For security and fire safety reasons, all visitors must sign the Visitors Book on each occasion.

Safety is top-of-mind for all our residents, their families and our colleagues, and we continue to follow the latest guidelines for COVID-19.

Our residents are able to receive unlimited visitors within the home and grounds, including in the privacy of their own rooms and may take part in visits out of the home, including overnight stays with family and friends, without the need to isolate on their return.

We are ensuring life is as normal as possible for the people we care for – going the extra mile to make every day special for our residents with meaningful activities and experiences.

Where visiting is not possible, we are able to support our residents and their loved ones to keep in touch using digital technology for video calls.
